We require you to inspect the Goods at the time of delivery or collection.
If you identify any damage, please inform us in writing at sales@hhforestry.co.uk , within 1 day, providing your invoice number, details of the issue and any supporting photos as necessary.
We will only accept the return of Goods if we are satisfied that they were received as damaged and if required, have carried out an inspection. Once satisfied, we may request the return of Goods and will, as appropriate, repair, or replace, or refund the Goods or part of them.
In line with our terms and conditions, you will be responsible for the risk and cost of returning the Goods.
