Our returns policy is governed by our terms and conditions.
We require you to inspect the Goods at the time of delivery or collection.
If you identify any shortfalls, please inform us in writing at sales@hhforestry.co.uk , within 1 day, providing your invoice number, details of the issue and any supporting photos as necessary.
We will supply any shortages or offer a full refund for any missing items providing we have been made aware of the shortage within this time period.

We will only accept the return of Goods if we are satisfied that they were received as damaged and if required, have carried out an inspection. Once satisfied, we may request the return of Goods and will, as appropriate, repair, or replace, or refund the Goods or part of them.
In line with our terms and conditions, you will be responsible for the risk and cost of returning the Goods.

We will only accept the return of faulty Goods if we are satisfied that they are defective and if required, have carried out an inspection. We may request the return of Goods and will, as appropriate, repair, or replace, or refund the Goods or part of them.
We take pride in the quality of our products however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We require you inspect the Goods at the time of delivery or collection and contact us within 1 day of any quality concerns.

We are unable to accept any returns for unwanted items after the order has been placed. All items are cut or planed from available timbers at the time of manufacture, including (but not limited to) green/air-dried oak products and kiln-dried oak boards. These items are manufactured to the customer’s order specification and are therefore classed as made-to-order goods which are non-returnable.
This does not affect your rights under The Sale of Goods Act 1979.

If we have agreed to the return of Goods, you will be responsible for the risk and cost of returning the Goods, unless we have agreed in writing otherwise.
We cannot take responsibility for any damages or losses to Goods being returned by you to us or where they have not been stored correctly prior to returning. We encourage customers to seek the correct insurance from their chosen courier before shipping any Goods.
Once we have received your returned item(s), the product will be inspected, after which, you will be advised of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be initiated to the original method of payment within 10 business days, depending upon your bank/card issuer’s policies.
