If you require a large custom mill order, different grades, section sizes or lengths not listed on our website, please contact us with your requirements at enquiries@hhforestry.co.uk

As we are a wholesale retailer we require minimum order values.

Stock Beams & Boards
Our minimum order value is £150 for both collection & delivery.

Custom Cut Beam Lists
For Custom cut lists directly from our milling partners the minimum order value is £5000.  We can also cut beams to your specific requirements from our stock items within 2-4 working days.

Minimum order values are exclusive of VAT and applicable delivery charges.

If you're ordering non-stock items such as custom cut lists, these will be placed specifically for you with our partner mills.

To place an order we require a  deposit payment. The remaining balance amount will be invoiced prior to despatch or collection of our Goods and must be paid in full before they can be released.

Orders containing non-stock and custom cut list items can not be cancelled or amended once placed.

For stock items you can place an order on our website and make payment through our secure third party payment provider.
Subject to our third party payment provider’s terms and acceptance, you can pay by debit or credit card.
Other payment methods may also be available through our payment provider.

Bank transfer
Our payment details will be displayed on your invoice.

In-person
If you are collecting your Goods from our warehouse, we can take card payments through our third party payment merchant, subject to their terms and conditions.

Please note we require full payment (cleared funds) before any Goods are released.

We're really quick at preparing your order, so we can't guarantee to make any changes once it's been placed. If we are able to amend your order and it incurs a further charge, we reserve the right to request these are paid in full in advance.

Please note, all items are cut or planed from oak stocks available at the time of manufacture, including (but not limited to) green/air-dried oak products and kiln-dried oak boards. These items are manufactured to the customer’s order specification and are therefore classed as made-to-order goods which are non-returnable.

Terms & Conditions – May Bank Holiday Offer

• This offer is valid for a limited time only and ends on 4th May 2026.
• The promotion may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
• Customers must spend £200 (excluding VAT) or more in a single transaction to receive a 5% discount on eligible products.
• The 5% discount will be applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying spend is met.
• The discount applies to products only and excludes delivery and handling charges.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or voucher code.
• Any refunds will be processed based on the discounted purchase price paid.
• If items are returned and the total order value falls below £200 (excluding VAT), the discount may be revoked and applicable delivery charges may be applied.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw the promotion in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraud.
• All purchases remain subject to our standard Terms of Sale and Returns Policy.
• Any available discounts will be clearly displayed on our website.

Sale items have been on sold at the original price for at least 28 days on the website or through our warehouse business.
